Before its enlargement, this Craftsman Revival was roughly 1,300 square feet. A substantial second-story addition and a smaller ground-floor extension approximately doubled its floor area, with most of the new space built upstairs. The renovation turned a modest bungalow into one of the larger houses on this stretch of Pine.
Front-facing gables rise above a long, low porch roof supported by square posts and exposed brackets. Blue-gray horizontal siding covers the upper walls, while yellow stucco continues below; a yellow band beneath the upper windows connects the two levels through color. Gray trim outlines the windows and gables, including the lower gable projecting on the right. The front porch extends across several doors and windows, with chairs arranged beneath its cover facing the street.
Steps rise from the sidewalk to a white, diagonal-braced gate facing the entrance. Low pale walls border the garden, and a slatted fence separates the porch from the sidewalk while leaving views through the boundary. A large tree crosses the view of the façade diagonally, its branches spreading above the roof.

3. The Color Scheme
A playful mix of colors and materials across both stories.
